Corrections
If you believe something here is inaccurate or out of date — a price, a guarantee period, an ingredient — tell us and we will check it. If you are right, we correct the page and note the change. Getting it wrong quietly is worse than getting it wrong loudly.
Review requests
If there is a product you want examined, send the name and where you saw it advertised. Requests genuinely shape what we work on next, and we prioritise products that are heavily promoted and poorly documented.
Orders and refunds
We are not the seller of any product reviewed here. We have no access to orders, payments, tracking or refunds. For anything related to a purchase, contact the seller through the support channel on their own website — writing to us will only delay you.
Manufacturers and brands
We do not accept payment in exchange for a positive review, for a better placement, or for the removal of criticism. If you want to point out a factual error about your product, use the address above and we will look at it on the same terms as anyone else.
